Developed Animatic!

Woohoo I have finally finished! It’s been a while since I’ve added a post but here is the finalised draft animatic. What was really time-consuming was drawing all the separate action shots. This took a lot longer than I anticipated but I am really happy with the result.

What was a great form of inspiration was when I went to see an exhibit of the Wallace and Gromit films at the Young V & A. There I saw how Aardman created a simple animatic to show Gromit chasing Feathers McGraw on a trainset in The Wrong Trousers. This inspired me to make my animatic simple in a drawing sense and a real focus on telling the story of my animation.
